Entrata is the perfect venue in the Hills District to host your next special occasion. Whether you’re planning a wedding, birthday, communion, baptism, corporate event, or family celebration, our team will help you create a memorable experience.

We can tailor dishes to suit your event, ensuring your menu reflects your celebration. Please note, customised menus are subject to a quote.

Entrata is open Tuesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner, and Sunday for lunch. Sunday evenings and Mondays are available for exclusive private hire of the entire venue (minimum spends apply).

EVENT SPACES

Entrata features four dedicated event spaces, each with its own unique atmosphere, layout options, and capacity, allowing you to select the perfect setting for your celebration.
These areas can be booked exclusively (minimum spends apply to book these areas privately.)

The Main Dining Room

Capacity: 80 seated | 80 standing
Features: Exposed brick feature wall, abundant natural light, and views overlooking our outdoor terrace and lawn. Floorplans: Up to 4 different seating and event layouts available. Perfect for: Weddings, christenings, milestone birthdays, corporate dinners and larger family gatherings.

The Small Dining Room

Capacity: 45 seated | 40 standing
Features: Warm fireplace, natural light, and rustic exposed brick for an intimate yet elegant setting.
Floorplans: Up to 2 layout options available.
Perfect for: Engagement parties, business events, and private celebrations.

The ALfresco

Capacity: 30 seated | 30 standing
Features: Enclosed, covered, and equipped with heating and fans. Includes exposed brick and a large mirror for a sophisticated atmosphere.
Floorplan: 1 long table.
Perfect for: Smaller group dinners and intimate celebrations

The Terrace

Capacity: 48 seated | 50 standing
Features: Set on our lawn with undercover protection, heaters, and fans. Overlooks tranquil bushland, offering a relaxed yet stylish outdoor space.
Floorplans: 2 different layout options available.
Perfect for: Cocktail parties, long lunches, family events

To secure your event, contact us via the enquiry form. A contract will be issued and a  deposit is required to secure your reservation.

Yes, we encourage venue tours to help you visualise your event. Tours can be arranged by appointment with our team. 

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and space.

Cancellation policies vary based on the size and date of your event. Please contact us for specific details regarding your booking.

Unfortunately we don’t have TV’s available to hire, however you are welcome to hire these through a vendor 

Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own cake. Our team will happily cut and serve it for you. A $5pp cakeage fee applies if your menu does not include dessert.

Yes, we take dietary needs seriously and are more than happy to accommodate. Please let us know of any allergies or restrictions in advance, and we’ll either adapt your selected menu or allocate separate dishes as needed.

Absolutely! Our chefs can prepare delicious vegetarian and vegan dishes to ensure all guests are catered for.

Yes. There is free parking located onsite at Entrata.

Entrata offers two accessible parking spaces, with a ramp leading directly to the restaurant entrance. Wheelchair access is available inside the venue only. An accessible restroom is also provided.

We hosted our wedding at Entrata and it was absolutely perfect. We booked the small dining room for our 20-person reception. The space was perfect and required no additional decoration. We chose the Shared menu and every dish was absolutely excellent in both taste and quantity. The staff were professional and attentive on the day - service was outstanding. The event staff also communicated with us regularly as we planned the event and helped us work through all the details in the months leading up to it. Overall I can't recommend Entrata enough both as a family restaurant and as a venue for hosting events.

We hosted our annual Christmas Party at Entrata earlier this month. Having 114 guests attending was a breeze for the staff. Service was terrific, all meals came to table hot and quickly. We held our sons baptism at Entrata and couldn't have been happier. It's one of the most lovely venues in the Hills. The food was high quality and there was plenty of it, and service from the team in the lead up and on-site was perfect. I recently had my 40th birthday here and the team were very accomodating for everyone's dietary requirements and made sure everything was organised well in advance. The space outside was lovely and covered (which was great as it rained on the day) and was perfect for around 30 people on a long table with enough space to mingle before and after the meal to enjoy drinks. The food was exceptional, cooked perfectly and all the guests really enjoyed the set menu options. Staff were friendly and attentive and they made sure the event ran smoothly.

We are regular customers at Entrata to begin with, however we recently held a christening there and could not have had a better experience. The food was phenomenal as always and service was impeccable, a glass was never empty. The space was great for the amount of people and I really appreciated that we had privacy from the rest of the restaurant. They were incredibly accomodating for, working around young children playing and last minute changes to guest numbers. We hosted a private event and from start to finish everything was top notch. The owner and staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that everyone felt comfortable. The food was delectable, beautifully presented and full of flavour. The space had such a warm, welcoming vibe. Entrata really created the perfect setting for our event. I couldn’t recommend it more.
